I. Scope of application of this policy

For the following permissions and personal information, we will prompt you to agree to authorize the relevant permissions when you install and launch the APP for the first time. When we want to use the information for other purposes not specified in this policy, we will ask for your consent in advance. 1. Ensure the normal operation of applications and services
To ensure the stable operation of applications and services and prevent account security risks, we will collect necessary information within the scope of permissions authorized when you install the software, including device model, application installation list, device operation status, basic service set identifier (BSSID), network device hardware address (MAC), mobile country code (MCC), mobile network code (MNC), operating system and software version number, network access method, SIM card status and other basic equipment and network information, which are used to detect device compatibility, optimize network environment and identify abnormal logins; in order to prevent account theft, protect your account security, identify device information and account registration source, etc., we will also collect your International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMEI/MEID), unique device identifier (including Android ID, anonymous device identifier) and network device hardware address (device MAC address), device IP (Device IP), time zone settings . The relevant information is only read when restarting the program, switching in the background or security verification, and the frequency is controlled within the reasonable range of function implementation. If you refuse to authorize, it may result in the inability to use core functions or affect account security. If you do not authorize us to collect or use the above information, it may result in the inability to provide you with normal services and protect your account security.
2. Register and log in
(1) When you register an account, you can choose to manually fill in your mobile phone number to register an account. We will obtain the verification code by reading the text messages on your mobile phone to verify whether your identity is valid. You can also log in through a third-party account (Facebook, Google). We will obtain your avatar, nickname and other public information authorized by you on the third-party platform for account binding to achieve quick login. We will also use the relevant information within the scope of your authorization. In addition, with your consent, we may share your account information (avatar, nickname and other page prompts) with third parties to facilitate your completion of third-party account registration or login.
We are fully aware that mobile phone numbers and text messages are sensitive information. We collect this information so that you can successfully register and use our services. We strictly abide by laws and regulations. If you do not authorize the provision of this information, you will not be able to complete the registration and login of your account, and thus will not be able to use our functions and services.
(2) After you complete the login process, we need you to edit and complete your personal information. You can voluntarily fill in your nickname, gender, birthday, location, signature, personal tags and other information. uploading or changing your personal profile picture, you need to open the camera and photo album permissions to take or upload pictures . type of information is collected by you voluntarily input or choose to provide it. 3. Interaction
In Zame, you can browse the room list, the homeowner or user profile page, dynamics and other content, follow users, add friends, send gifts or send messages to interact, and create or join rooms for voice interaction, game interaction, etc. To provide the above services, we will collect your interaction information and device information (device model, sensor information, MAC address, unique device identifier, operating system, resolution, operator information, call status, mobile network information, etc.), and may access microphone, album, camera, clipboard, data storage and other permissions according to the functional scenarios you use. For example, when you comment, chat, copy, share, you may call the clipboard; when you have voice interaction in the room, we will access the microphone, mobile phone dialing and call status permissions to ensure normal voice communication. At the same time, the system will automatically record network logs, including your search keywords, browsing and entering room records, added and followed friends, uploaded picture information, the language you use, purchase and consumption records, web pages you browsed, software version number, operating system, login IP and other information . you refuse to provide the above information, it may affect the use of some functions.
4. Uploading or Posting Content
When you upload or publish content, we will ask you to authorize storage permissions for the camera, photo album, location, clipboard, and device based on the usage scenario. you choose to publish content on our platform, Zame will collect information about you, including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, audio, comments , etc. We will store this information in an encrypted manner on our servers, and you can choose to delete this information at any time.
Please note that we assume that all content you upload can be made public. Your uploading behavior is deemed as your consent that all users on Zame can browse, save and download this information. Please consider carefully before posting content.
5. Payment and Settlement
When you purchase goods/services, we will collect some or all of your personal information based on the type of goods/services (including but not limited to virtual gold coin recharge, props, and gift purchases), which may include transaction goods/service information, transaction methods, transaction accounts, order numbers, order time, order amounts, virtual property information (such as gold coin value), transaction and consumption records, etc. This information is collected to help you complete your purchase smoothly, ensure transaction security, facilitate order and transaction record inquiries, provide customer service, etc. It is also used to show you order information and facilitate your order management. At the same time, in the payment and settlement process, in order to complete order payment and ensure transaction security, we will share some or all of the above information with payment institutions such as Google Play, Apple Play, and banks in a secure manner .
If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to complete the purchase of goods/services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions.
6. We may need to obtain your authorization
(1) Microphone access rights
In order to ensure that you can use the core functions of Zame smoothly, we need your permission to access the microphone . When you send a voice message or use your voice as a reply voice corresponding to our service, we will apply for your microphone permission. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to use voice-related functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the application. We will not collect or upload any other information, so you can use it with confidence.
(2) Access permissions for camera and photo albums
In order for you to use functions such as uploading avatars, uploading room backgrounds, uploading photo albums, and sending picture messages normally, we need you to authorize access to the camera and photo albums . If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to use related functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the application. We will not collect or upload any other information, so you can use it with confidence.
(3) Geographic location access permissions
When you turn on the device's geolocation function and use Zame's location-based services, we may collect your location information. If you refuse authorization, you will not be able to use geolocation-related functions, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the application.
7. Obtain information from third-party SDK
To ensure the normal and stable operation of the software, we have connected to a third-party SDK platform to analyze and count the software's operation. Our authorized partners obtain your information through the application program interface (API) and software tool development kit (SDK). We will strictly monitor it and strictly implement the data protection measures agreed with the authorized partners. The third-party platforms we access include:

8. Description of Cookies and Similar Technologies

2. Shared information on security and analytical statistics

The permission management paths and display methods of different devices may vary, so please refer to the actual operation. Please note that after you withdraw the authorization you have agreed to, we will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding functions and services. Please be aware and understand.
3. Unbind third-party accounts
You have the right to unbind the associated third-party account (such as Facebook, Google, etc.). After you unbind the third-party account, you will not be able to log in directly through the third-party account, but you can still use the mobile phone number/email or the account password you set when registering to log in, and continue to use the services in the account and manage personal information. At the same time, the platform will simultaneously terminate the access rights to your third-party account information (such as avatar, nickname, authorized login records, etc.). The unbinding behavior will not affect the account data generated after you log in through other methods, and you can still use all the functions we provide normally.
4. Delete your personal information
You have the right to delete the information you have filled in. If the following circumstances occur, you can contact us through the contact information disclosed in this policy and make a request to delete your personal information. We will strictly check and respond as soon as possible:
(1) Our handling of your personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) Our handling of personal information seriously violates this Privacy Policy;
(3) When we collect and use your personal information, we do not obtain your explicit consent or the collection and use exceeds the scope of authorization;
(4) You actively apply to cancel your account or stop using our services and request deletion of relevant information;

VI. Account and Data Deletion
Deletion process :
If you need to cancel your account, you can apply for cancellation in [Settings] - [Security Center] - [Deregister Account]. Before canceling your account, in order to protect the security of your account and ensure that this cancellation is made by you, we will collect your identity information, device information, and asset information (virtual income such as gold coins and gifts should be cleared or directly discarded before cancellation). After canceling your account, we will stop providing services to you, and you will not be able to log in and use Zame. Please note that once the cancellation action is completed, the account cannot be restored ; and the content, information, data, and records under the account will be cleared or anonymized.
Exceptions to data retention :
(1) Directly related to major public interests such as public safety and public health;
(2) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, etc.;
(3) responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals or organizations;
(4) Involving trade secrets.
Note : Even if you delete information from your profile or log out of your account, the information in your account may still be viewed or accessed if it has been shared with others, copied or stored by others. We cannot control such situations and are not responsible for them . If you have authorized a third-party application, its data retention is subject to its policy.
VII. Children's Policy
Since minors are not fully developed physically and mentally and do not have full civil capacity, our services are mainly for adults over 18 years old (or the age of majority stipulated by local laws). We do not provide any services to users under the age of 14. We will not knowingly or intentionally collect or retain any personal information under the age of 14. If we accidentally collect such personal information, we will take appropriate measures to delete such information and delete the corresponding account. For minors aged 14 to 18 , you need to read this privacy policy in the company of your parents or guardians and obtain the consent of your guardian before using our services.
